Cancel My Flight

Need to Cancel Your Trip?

In most cases, we can assist with cancellation requests. However, some low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and EasyJet may not allow cancellations.

Economy and promotional fares are often non-refundable. Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policy.

Understanding Cancellation Policies

  • Some airlines may provide partial refunds before departure
  • Non-refundable tickets may not qualify for reimbursement
  • Airlines may apply cancellation penalties or service charges
  • Refund processing times vary by airline and payment provider

How to Cancel Your Booking

To request a cancellation, please contact the airline directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.

How early should I arrive at the airport?

We recommend arriving:

  • At least 2 hours before domestic flights
  • At least 3 hours before international flights

You should allow additional time during holidays, busy travel periods, or if you are checking baggage.

Booking for an infant

Infants under the airline’s specified age limit usually travel on a parent’s lap. Additional airline fees and documentation requirements may apply depending on the airline and destination.

Booking for a child

Children travelling alone or with adults may require special booking arrangements depending on airline policies. Please ensure the child’s details match their travel documents exactly.

Can I book over the phone?

Yes. You can contact our travel support team for booking assistance.

Change My Flight

Change of Plans?

Flight changes depend on the fare conditions set by the airline. Some tickets allow modifications, while others may be non-changeable.

What are the costs?

If changes are permitted:

  • Fare differences may apply
  • Airlines may charge additional change fees
  • Low-cost airlines may require passengers to make changes directly through the airline

Can I change passenger names?

Most airlines do not allow complete name changes after booking. Minor spelling corrections may be possible depending on the airline policy and may include additional fees.

What is online check-in?

Online check-in allows passengers to confirm their presence on a flight before arriving at the airport. It is usually available 24 to 48 hours before departure.

Why do I have more than one booking reference?

Different airlines within the same itinerary may issue separate booking references. This is common for connecting flights or multi-airline journeys.

Getting your boarding pass

Your boarding pass may be available through:

  • Online check-in
  • Airline mobile applications
  • Airport check-in counters

Always print or download your boarding pass before travelling when possible.

Select your seat

Seat selection depends on airline availability and fare type. Some airlines charge additional fees for advance seat selection.

Automatic boarding pass request

How will I receive my boarding pass?

Boarding passes are generally sent by email once online check-in becomes available.

What if I do not receive my boarding pass?

Please check your inbox and spam folder. If your departure is within 24 hours and you still have not received it, contact support immediately.

Will my seat selection be affected?

No. Previously selected seats remain linked to your booking.

Baggage allowance

Baggage Allowance Guidelines

Baggage limits vary depending on the airline, route, and ticket class.

Typical allowances include:

  • Economy Class: up to 20 kg
  • Business Class: up to 30 kg

For flights involving multiple airlines, the lowest baggage allowance may apply.

Oversized or special baggage should be arranged with the airline in advance.

Is my baggage sent to my final destination?

For connecting flights booked under one itinerary, baggage is often transferred automatically. However, separate tickets may require passengers to collect and recheck baggage.

Lost or delayed luggage

If your baggage is delayed or missing, report it immediately at the airline’s baggage service desk before leaving the airport.

Articles allowed in checked and hand baggage

Security regulations vary by country and airline. Liquids, sharp objects, batteries, and hazardous materials may be restricted. Please review airline and airport security guidelines before travelling.

Need to travel with extra baggage?

Additional baggage can usually be purchased directly through the airline, subject to availability and fees.

Special baggage

Special items such as sports equipment, bicycles, wheelchairs, musical instruments, or oversized luggage may require advance approval from the airline.

Special Requests

Passengers may request:

  • Wheelchair assistance
  • Special meals
  • Airport assistance
  • Pet travel arrangements
  • Unaccompanied minor services

These requests are subject to airline approval and availability.

I am pregnant. Can I travel by air?

Most airlines allow pregnant passengers to travel up to a certain stage of pregnancy. Medical certificates may be required depending on the travel dates and airline policy.

Travelling with animals

Pet travel policies vary by airline and destination country. Please contact the airline directly before booking.

Passengers with reduced mobility

Airlines can provide special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility. Please request assistance in advance whenever possible.

What is a schedule change?

Airlines may occasionally change flight schedules due to operational or weather-related reasons. If your booking is affected, you may receive:

  • An alternative flight option
  • A travel credit
  • A refund, depending on airline policy

Under certain conditions, passengers travelling within Europe may qualify for compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004.

Have you missed your connecting flight?

If your flights are booked under one reservation, the airline may help rebook you on the next available flight. Separate tickets may not provide connection protection.
